Rates may be higher on
holidays and special events. Ask your reservation agent about discounts for AARP,
military, large groups and multi-night stays.
Our cancellation policy: We require 72 hours (3 days) notice to cancel a reservation without penalty. If you cannot cancel within the time period specified there is a $25 cancellation fee for rooms, $50 cancellation fee for any cabin/cottage except
the Cherokee or Stuart cabins. Late cancellation fee for
the Cherokee or Stuart cabins is $100. No show/no call will be charged for one night and the reservation will be forfeited.
Our pet policy: Pets of any kind are NOT permitted on the property or in any of the rooms or cabins. Violators will be charged a $100 cleaning fee and asked to check out immediately.
Our pool policy: Our pool is open from Memorial
Day to Labor Day. Pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, weather permitting. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults please do not swim alone. No food or drinks of any kind allowed in the pool area.
Our barbecue policy: Due to the local fire code barbecues are not permitted within 15 feet of a structure. Barbecues are not permitted on any porch or balcony. Please use barbecues in designated areas.
